Job summary

Precise Comfort & Climate Specialists is a family-owned HVAC and refrigeration company serving the New Orleans area with a reputation for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

We offer a full-time HVAC Service Tech role in New Orleans with $30-$40/hour based on experience, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, on-call one week per month, occasional overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package including 100% company-paid medical, paid holidays and vacation, a take-home vehicle,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required.
• HVAC Technical School graduate preferred.
• NATE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and commercial systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and quality workmanship.
• Troubleshoot equipment and recommend effective solutions.
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Support and mentor fellow technicians as the team continues to grow.
