Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong understanding of residential heating and cooling equipment.
• EPA Refrigerant Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to produce clean, detailed, high-quality installation work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• HVAC Technical School education preferred.
• NATE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installing complete residential heating and cooling systems.
• Performing equipment replacements and system change-outs.
• Installing air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and related components.
• Completing refrigerant line, drainage, venting, and equipment connections.
• Starting up new systems and confirming safe, proper operation.
• Following applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and company installation standards.
• Troubleshooting installation challenges and helping identify practical solutions.
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional.
• Communicating clearly and respectfully with homeowners.
• Working closely with project managers and other team members to keep jobs on schedule.
• Completing required job documentation accurately and efficiently.

Pay: $31-$41/hour, depending on experience

Location: New Orleans, LA

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Occasional Seasonal Overtime
