Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry (2+ years).
• NATE certification preferred.
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Perform routine services and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, mini-splits as needed.
• Diagnose HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs.
• Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems, including drain lines and light electrical work as necessary.
• Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, pumps, and valves.
• Fabricate parts as needed for system repairs or installations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their HVAC needs and solutions.
• Maintain a neat work area and inspect for cleanliness after completion of each job.
• Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and records of work performed.

JOB SUMMARY
