Job summary

DCH Honda of Oxnard, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking an Experienced Honda Technician to perform repairs to Lithia and manufacturer standards at our Oxnard dealership. You will diagnose malfunctions, complete engine/transmission repairs, and document work while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

A $3,000 signing bonus is offered. Flexibility is required to support dealership operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Honda technician experience required.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have smog/emissions certification per state/city requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs per repair order with efficiency and accuracy per Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions and determine necessary repairs.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repair and document results.
