Howdy Honda in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Honda Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards. You will perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and hybrid diagnostics, including video multipoint inspections, while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

We offer competitive pay ($25–$45/hr flat rate for main line techs), paid Honda factory training, modern bays, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Honda Technician Certification for Main Line.
• ASE Certifications.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards
• Perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and hybrid diagnostics
• Perform video multipoint inspections on customer vehicles
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality
• Work alongside a dedicated team focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Mentor and support fellow technicians when appropriate

• Main technicians $25-45 per flat rate hour
