Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer Flex to provide security across client sites in Bloomington, IL and Peoria, IL. The role involves patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe environment.

You will protect people, property, and assets while enforcing safety protocols. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Wage: $22.00/Hour

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites by protecting people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.
