Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to receive service calls, diagnose issues, and perform repairs on wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps for commercial, industrial, and residential sprinkler systems. You will read blueprints and manuals, communicate with customers, and ensure safe, reliable operation.

This position requires travel, physical labor, and on-call rotation with flexibility in hours.

Qualifications

• 5 years of documented Fire Sprinkler experience.
• Able to read blueprints and manuals.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean record.
• Willing to travel and work on-call.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls and diagnose equipment/systems problems.
• Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, specifications, and manuals.
• Maintain safety and customer satisfaction; complete Service Acknowledgements and participate in on-call rotation.
