Job summary

Ag‑Pro Companies in Jacksonville, FL seeks a non-exempt Field Service Technician to independently diagnose and repair John Deere equipment. You will mentor trainees, support customer clinics, and ensure accurate, timely documentation of all work orders.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 75 lbs. A solid toolset and familiarity with Service ADVISOR are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of service repair experience preferred.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and computer usage.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment and technology.
• Mentors Service Technician Trainees and Service Technicians.
• Conducts or supports customer clinics.
• Accounts for billable time and work orders.
• Documents diagnostics and repairs thoroughly and on time.
• Follows safety rules and maintains organized work area.
• Keeps current knowledge of John Deere products.
