BCG Attorney Search in Manhattan, NY seeks a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to join a team handling a broad spectrum of workers' comp matters. You will learn from experienced attorneys, manage hearings, draft filings, and guide clients through the process.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, is admitted to the NY State Bar, and is capable of handling high-volume caseloads with strong writing and oral advocacy skills. This role offers growth and exposure to complex cases.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active NY State Bar admission in good standing.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day handling of cases and hearings.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
