Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to keep our automated manufacturing equipment running reliably. You will be the floor expert, supporting operators and fellow technicians to prevent downtime and ensure production stays on track.

This role requires hands-on expertise with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, plus the ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery.
• Reading blueprints and wiring diagrams is essential.
• Strong understanding of electrical + mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery (saws, routers, CNC machines, edgebanders, sanders, paint/finishing systems, conveyors).
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Use schematics and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
• Recommend and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records to support data‑driven decisions.
• Follow plant safety policies, lockout/tagout, and machine guarding standards.
