Your Mission

Your mission is to be the go‑to expert on the floor, ensuring our machinery stays in top shape—no matter what gets thrown your way. You’ll work alongside a team of skilled technicians and operators to keep production on track, prevent downtime, and troubleshoot complex systems.

What You’ll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It)

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery (saws, routers, CNC machines, edgebanders, sanders, paint/finishing systems, conveyors, etc.).
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Use technical schematics and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
• Recommend and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records to support data‑driven decisions.
• Follow and enforce plant safety policies, lockout/tagout, and proper machine guarding standards.

What We’re Looking For

A technical diploma, associate degree, or certification in Electro‑Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.

3–5 years of hands‑on experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery, preferably in a fast‑paced or automated production environment.

Solid understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components—you’re comfortable reading blueprints and wiring diagrams.
