Job summary

Wisenbaker-Builder-Services is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to support automated manufacturing processes. You will be the go-to expert on the floor, performing maintenance and troubleshooting to keep production on track.

Three to five years of relevant maintenance experience, strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics, and the ability to read blueprints are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience maintaining manufacturing machinery in automated environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery (saws, routers, CNC machines, edgebanders, sanders, conveyors, etc.).
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Use technical schematics and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
• Recommend and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records to support data-driven decisions.
• Follow and enforce plant safety policies, lockout/tagout, and proper machine guarding standards.
