Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc. is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to keep our automated manufacturing equipment running smoothly in Hillsboro, TX.

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, edgebanders, conveyors, and more to minimize downtime. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance, with strong electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery (saws, routers, CNC, edgebanders, conveyors).
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Use schematics and diagnostic tools to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records for data-driven decisions.
• Follow plant safety policies, lockout/tagout, and machine guarding standards.
