Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc. is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to keep our automated manufacturing equipment running.

You will be the go-to expert on the floor, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on saws, routers, CNC machines, edgebanders, sanders, and finishing lines to prevent downtime and ensure production stays on track. The ideal candidate has a technical diploma or degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or Industrial Maintenance and 3–5 years of hands-on

Qualifications

A technical diploma, associate degree, or certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery.
Solid understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components; comfortable reading blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery (saws, routers, CNCs, edgebanders, conveyors).
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Use technical schematics and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
Recommend and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
Maintain accurate maintenance records to support data-driven decisions.
Follow and enforce plant safety policies, lockout/tagout, and proper machine guarding standards.
