Job summary

NationaLease is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to diagnose and repair diesel engines, reefer trailer refrigeration systems, and related electrical and hydraulic components. The role requires 6+ years of Diesel Engine Repair experience and Reefer Trailer repair experience, with EPA 608/609 certification.

Shift is Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, paying $38.53–$43.00 per hour. We offer weekly pay, direct deposit, and a benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage,

• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on electrical, hydraulic, and brake systems.
• Work with minimal supervision to complete quality repairs within time standards.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for an experienced technician with 6+ years of Diesel Engine Repair experience PLUS Reefer Trailer repair experience. EPA 608/609 Certification is required.

Pay: $38.53 – $43.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience

Shift: Monday through Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

• Reefer Trailer / Transport Refrigeration Systems
• Refrigeration and A/C systems
• Clutches
• PTO Systems
• Electrical Systems
• Hydraulic/Air Brake Systems
• Heating/Air Conditioning Systems
• Instruments and Gauges
• Preventive Maintenance Services

Technicians are measured on their efficiency and ability to complete quality repairs within established time standards.

What We’re Looking For

The Technician will generally assist in the repair and diagnosis of major components or remove/replace major components of various truck, trailer, and refrigerated trailer equipment at the direction of the Lead Technician or Maintenance Supervisor.

• 6+ years of Diesel Engine Repair experience
• Reefer Trailer / Transport Refrigeration repair experience required
• EPA 608/609 Certification required
• Experience diagnosing and repairing refrigeration systems preferred
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Self-motivated with strong leadership skills
• Ability to diagnose and complete advanced repairs with little or no supervision
