Job summary

NationaLease is seeking Diesel Mechanics with 4 to 6+ years of experience to diagnose and repair truck and trailer systems, including diesel engines, PTO, hydraulic and electrical systems. You will work with a supportive team at a family-owned company focused on safety and quality service.

• 4 to 6+ years Diesel Engine Repair.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and meet insurability.
• Self-motivated & leadership skills.
• Must be available for On Call Rotation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major truck/trailer components with minimal supervision.
• Repair clutches, PTO systems, electric/hydraulic/air brake systems, HVAC, instruments.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure work meets time standards.
• Collaborate with Lead Technician and Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize repairs.

We are looking for Diesel Mechanics with 4 to 6+ years' Experience - $29.55 to $36.00 an hour depending on skills and experience

Shift - Start time 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday.

Position Overview

Technician III will generally assist in the repair and diagnosis of major components or remove/replace major components of various truck and trailer equipment at the direction of Lead Technician or Maintenance Supervisor. Expectations include the ability to diagnose and repair the following with little or no supervision: Clutches, PTO Systems, Electric Systems, Hydraulic/ Air Brake Systems, Heating/ Air Conditioning Systems, Instruments and Gauges, and Preventive Maintenance Service. Technicians are measured on their efficiency to complete quality repairs in time standards.
