Job description

Experienced Diesel Mechanic

Location: Mount Upton, NY

Job Description:

Complete all preventative maintenance and most repairs needed on our fleet of dump trucks, pickup trucks, and construction equipment. Also work on outside customers' vehicles.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of verifiable work experience as a diesel mechanic
• Changing brakes, adjusting clutches, greasing trucks
• Checking and changing all fluids
• Electrical work
• A/C work
• Welding
• Checking and changing commercial truck tires
• Tarp systems
• Lift axles and air systems
• Valid CDL license and Medical Card

Note: If you just graduated mechanic's school, you will be considered for a helper position ($17-20/hr).
