GEICO Local Office in Sugar Land, TX, is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to take ownership of customer interactions and guide policyholders to the right decisions. You will deliver confident service, resolve conflicts, and cross-sell GEICO products while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Cross-sell GEICO products to existing clients.

• Become a trained insurance professional and help customers service their insurance policies through exciting life events
• Ensure customers have the right level of coverage while identifying and resolving customer conflicts
• Cross sell products to existing clients.
• Interact with all GEICO products offered and externally engage with policyholders, Department of Motor Vehicles, Registry of Motor Vehicles, banks, dealerships and other insurance companies
