Metz Lewis seeks to hire an attorney to join its Corporate practice group.

Metz Lewis is a Pittsburgh-based law firm with a reputation for delivering sophisticated and practical legal advice to its corporate clients. We are currently searching for a member or senior associate focusing on private capital markets.

An ideal candidate would have extensive experience representing issuers and investors in private securities offerings and drafting and negotiating limited liability company agreements, partnership agreements, stockholder’s agreements, articles of incorporation, and certificates of designation, including the provisions thereof establishing common and preferred equity securities.

It also would be beneficial for the candidate to have experience with equity-based employee compensation, including preparing equity incentive plans and awards. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to work at an award-winning firm that values teamwork and innovation.
