Metz Lewis seeks to hire a partner-level attorney to join its Corporate practice group.

Metz Lewis is a Pittsburgh-based law firm with a reputation for delivering sophisticated and practical legal advice to its corporate clients.

We are currently searching for a partner-level attorney to maintain current client relationships and drive new business in our award-winning Corporate Group. This relationship-focused attorney would have significant experience in corporate law areas like mergers and acquisitions, growth capital investments, commercial contracts, corporate finance, corporate governance, private placements and distressed company transactions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate legal experience
• Develop new and maintain existing client relationships and business
• Ability to maintain and expand client relationships
• Portable business and/or the ability to generate new business in a supportive environment
