Summit is seeking an experienced cook to join our correctional facility kitchen team in Mitchell, SD. You will work alongside a motivated staff in a fast-paced setting, preparing meals with an emphasis on quality and safety while ensuring proper food handling and portion control.

The role requires prior high-volume cooking experience, attention to detail, and good customer service skills. It is a full-time, onsite position with competitive hourly pay and benefits for eligible employees.

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking focus.
