Job summary

Summit is seeking an experienced cook to join our correctional facility kitchen team in Bismarck, ND. You will work with a motivated staff in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preparing meals with a focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities include quality and portion control, food preparation, creative presentation, proper storage, and adherence to recipes and safe food-handling policies. Must have at least one year of culinary experience and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience is required.
