The role involves assisting with menu execution, inventory control, and kitchen organization in a high-volume environment, with year-round full-time shifts and a pay range of $18.00–$21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of culinary or line cook experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume food production preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present meals for resort employees.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Assist with menu execution and daily specials.
• Support inventory management and stock rotation.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen team members.
