Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Commercial HVAC– Refrigeration Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC and light industrial equipment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electronic and electrical components, performing repairs, maintaining inventories, and providing daily reports. Minimum 5 years of experience with commercial HVAC-R equipment and EPA certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Certification required.
• 5+ years of experience with commercial HVAC-R equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Proficiency with MS Office and mobile apps.
• Ability to provide own set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronic and electrical components of HVAC systems.
• Repair and preventive maintenance for commercial HVAC and refrigeration units.
• Identify root causes by observing equipment and listening for issues.
• Provide daily reports and communicate with store managers, supervisors and office staff.
• Replace defective parts using hand and power tools; select correct parts promptly.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations.
• Maintain company vehicle and travel locally within a 2.5 hour radius.
• Perform other duties as required.
