Formación

• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in English.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and set up mixing equipment to support safe production.
• Weigh, verify, and mix raw materials according to established formulas and procedures.
• Monitor and document production activities, including SAP lot tracking.
• Inspect ingredients and dough for quality and food safety compliance.
• Report shortages, equipment issues, and production concerns promptly.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and rapid changeovers between runs.
