Job summary

ALIGN PRECISION in Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to manufacture parts from blueprints and verbal instructions using CNC mills, lathes, and other equipment. You will set up and operate centers, monitor speeds/feeds, and verify tolerances with precision measuring tools, documenting processes in the ERP system.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and advanced training in machining.

Qualifications

5-6 years of relevant machining experience.
High school degree or equivalent, plus advanced training in machining.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling and turning centers according to blueprints and specifications.
Retrieve job related information (routings, part drawings, tool lists, work-instructions, etc.).
Select and utilize appropriate cutting tools and work holding for various materials and machining processes.
Document manufactured quantities and all required processes utilizing ERP system
Perform precise measurements and inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize machining efficiency.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
May assist with developing new machining methods and tooling for complex parts.
