Cox Manufacturing has openings for experienced CNC machinists. We are seeking individuals that pursue results, are independent-driven, and are prepared to work in a world-class, team environment. We have immediate openings for the right candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop machining processes given a blueprint.
• Read CNC programs.
• Assist CNC operators with setups and troubleshooting.
• Support a culture of Continuous Improvement, Teamwork, and Perseverance.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of machining principles.
• Experience with operating CNC machines.
• Experience with setting up CNC machines.
• Experience with job layouts.

Pay Progression:

Based on experience in a similar work environment.

Shift Schedule:

Though we operate machines across three shifts, the CNC Machinist is primarily a 1st shift position:
• 1st shift is 7 am - 4 pm
• 2nd shift is 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm (off shift)
• 3rd shift is 11:00 pm - 7:30 am (off shift)
