The group comprises seven brands: Tulsa Winch, Rufnek, Greer, dp Winch, Gear Products, Pullmaster, and LANTEC. Operations are based in Jenks, Oklahoma, with Tulsa Winch, Rufnek, Greer, dp Winch, and Gear Products located there, while Pullmaster and LANTEC operate from Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.

Position Overview

This role involves setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and gear-cutting machines, as detailed in the essential duties and responsibilities section.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Install tooling on numerically controlled equipment to produce parts to precise specifications.
  • Follow program instructions and diagrams for fixture setup, tooling, and operation sequences.
  • Select and load appropriate part programs for machine operation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely transactions in the ERP system.
  • Adjust equipment and programs as needed.
  • Load and unload parts, monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning, and finish parts accordingly.
  • Periodically check parts during production to verify conformance to specifications using prescribed measuring devices.
  • Assist in maintaining and servicing equipment as directed.
  • Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
  • Train other employees and assist in other departments as required.
  • Follow ISO procedures to prevent problems, document quality issues, contribute to solutions, verify implementation, and control processing when issues arise. Also, ensure environmental protection by preventing pollution and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
