JOB REQUIREMENTS: A Skilled CNC Machinist will perform complete setups and operations of CNC machines, including programming if applicable. This individual will run production runs, communicate with co-workers regarding production, and maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment. The role involves working on various parts and machines based on customer needs.

OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Perform typical machine shop operations, detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions, read and interpret blueprints and setup sheets, perform complete machine setups, do offset changes, inspect machined products, complete paperwork, modify existing programs, set up tooling, inspect parts, maintain a clean work area, follow safety procedures, coach and mentor employees, work off blueprints to develop processes, perform preventive and routine maintenance, operate forklifts for loading/unloading materials.
