Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce metal parts.
• Perform setups according to instructions.
• Read and comprehend G and M code and programs.
• Check parts during runs with appropriate gauges.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Report non-conforming or defective materials.
• Generate or edit programs as required and review for accuracy.
• Operate multiple machines or functions as circumstances permit.
• Log time accurately to data collection software.
• Maintain safe operations following safety procedures and regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Attend all required trainings and meetings.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
