Millennium Physician Group seeks an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for its Naples, Florida outpatient clinic. The role requires at least two years in a fast-paced ambulatory setting, with a focus on patient care and provider support in a collaborative environment.

The CMA will manage rooming, vitals, documentation, and care coordination, while working under a physician or licensed provider. BLS/CPR certification is preferred; EHR experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required or RMA equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of CMA experience in ambulatory settings.
• Strong clinical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage patient rooming, intake, vitals, and visit preparation.
• Support documentation workflows and ensure accuracy in the EHR.
• Coordinate patient care activities to promote efficient clinic flow.
• Provide point-of-care testing, specimen handling, and medication administration support.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up instructions.
• Maintain exam rooms and medical supplies for a safe environment.
• Mentor newer Medical Assistants with best practices.
