Job summary

Mosaic Health, LLC. seeks a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our Naples outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate has at least two years of MA experience in a fast-paced setting and is proficient with EHR systems.

The role supports providers throughout patient visits and contributes to quality improvement initiatives. We offer full-time employment, with Monday–Friday schedule (7:45 am–5:00 pm), and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient rooming, intake, vital signs, and visit preparation.
• Support clinical documentation workflows and ensure accuracy of patient records in EHR.
• Anticipate provider needs and coordinate patient care activities to promote efficient clinic flow.
• Perform point-of-care testing, specimen collection, and medication administration support.
• Review patient charts, care gaps, and visit readiness information to support high-quality care.
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and patient outreach activities.
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment for a safe environment.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up instructions.
