Job summary

Millennium-Physician-Group in Naples, FL seeks an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a busy outpatient clinic. You will support providers, perform vitals, rooming, and clinical tasks, while contributing to quality care and patient satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in primary care or urgent care settings, is proficient with EHRs, and holds CMA or RMA certification. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits and growth opportunities in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required.
• Minimum of 2 years MA experience in ambulatory/fast-paced clinics.
• Experience in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain on hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient rooming, intake, vitals, and visit prep for routine and complex encounters.
• Support documentation workflows and ensure accuracy of records in the EHR.
• Perform and document point-of-care testing and specimen collection as directed.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up instructions.
• Assist with quality improvement, care gap closure, and patient outreach.
• Maintain exam rooms and supplies to ensure a safe, efficient environment.
