Job summary

Millennium Physician Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant II (CMA/RMA/CCMA) for our Same‑Day Access Clinic in Naples, FL. You’ll support providers, collect vitals, assist exams, draw labs, and document in the EHR to keep patient flow smooth in a fast‑paced primary care setting.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years MA experience, graduate from an accredited MA program, and hold CMA/RMA/CCMA certification with BLS. English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA) is required.
• 2–5 years MA experience in a healthcare setting.
• Primary Care experience required; Urgent Care preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited MA program.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient intake: vitals, histories, meds, allergies.
• Assist providers with exams, minor procedures, wound care and splinting.
• Perform EKGs, immunizations, injections, specimen collection, point-of-care testing.
• Prepare, label, and process lab samples; maintain infection control.
• Document data in the EHR and manage referrals and test results.
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and assist with authorizations.
