Millennium Physician Group in Naples, FL is hiring an experienced Medical Assistant II (CMA/RMA/CCMA) to support a Same‑Day Access Clinic. You will assist providers, manage patient flow, and deliver high‑quality clinical care in a fast‑paced primary care setting.

The role requires 2–5 years of MA experience in primary care, CMA/RMA/CCMA certification, and BLS. Mon–Fri schedule with no weekends; competitive pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of MA experience in a healthcare setting.
• Primary Care experience required; Urgent Care preferred.
• CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes: vitals, medical histories, medications, allergies.
• Assist providers with exams, minor procedures, wound care, and splinting.
• Perform EKGs, immunizations, injections, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing.
• Prepare, label, and process lab samples.
• Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and equipment calibration.
• Schedule appointments, manage referrals, authorizations, and test results.
• Verify insurance and assist with prior authorizations and patient registration.
