Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to join our growing team across Tennessee. We provide personalized in-home care, helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We serve private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES programs.

We offer flexible schedules with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Weekly pay, PTO after 30 days, 90-day performance evaluations, and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
