Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee seeks experienced caregivers to join a growing team. You will provide in-home care that keeps clients safe, comfortable, and independent, including daily living activities, companionship, and mobility support.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $16.00–$17.50, weekly pay, and both full-time and part-time opportunities. Paid time off after 30 days, performance review at 90 days, and benefits after 60 days are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
• Dependable, professional and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
