Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to provide in-home care for clients across Tennessee. You will assist with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship while following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
