Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is expanding throughout Tennessee and seeks experienced caregivers to support clients in their homes and communities. We value reliability, experience, and commitment to clients, with a focus on dependable, compassionate care.

Caregivers may provide support with personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship and mobility assistance, following each client's plan of care. Weekly pay and growth opportunities are offered in both full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Compassionate and professional attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete all required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, bathing and grooming, dressing, mobility and transfers, meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders and companionship.
• Follow each client's individualized plan of care, promoting safety, dignity, comfort and independence at home.
