Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is seeking experienced caregivers to join a growing team. You will provide in-home care to clients, helping with daily living activities and ensuring safety and comfort in their own homes.

This role offers both full-time and part-time hours with weekly pay and opportunities across Tennessee. As a caregiver, you’ll perform personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility support, and companionship while following each client’s care plan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
