Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is expanding and seeking experienced caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in private-pay and VA/CHOICES programs. You will work across a growing team to ensure safety, comfort, and independence for clients in their own homes.

The role offers $16.00–$17.50 per hour with weekly pay, full-time and part-time opportunities, and growth as the company expands. Training and support from a dedicated scheduling team help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience
• Dependable, professional and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions
• Ability to complete required background and compliance screenings

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
