Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers in Tennessee to join a growing team. We offer flexible Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with weekly pay, helping clients stay safe and independent at home.

We serve private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES program participants. If you’re dependable and compassionate, you’ll fit right in with our office and scheduling team and have opportunities for growth as we expand across Tennessee.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
