Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to join a growing team serving private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES participants in Tennessee. Earn $16.00–$17.50/hour with weekly pay, and choose full-time or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and daily routines.
• Follow individualized client care plans.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
• Report changes in a client’s condition to the team.
