Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to join a growing team. We offer $16.00–$17.50 per hour with weekly pay and both full-time and part-time opportunities to fit your schedule.

Our private-pay clients, plus VA and CHOICES programs, provide meaningful, ongoing work. Responsibilities include ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, and adherence to individualized care plans.

Formación

• Must have at least 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background/compliance screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders and companionship.
• Follow individualized client care plans and safety protocols.
• Report changes in a client’s condition to the team.
