Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team and provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders in clients' homes.

We offer competitive pay ($22–$27/hour), direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, overtime and holiday pay, and recognition programs. CNA certification is preferred but not required; valid First Aid/CPR, TB test, driver's license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and covering scheduled shifts.
