Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Hawthorne, CA is looking for compassionate caregivers to provide high‑quality, in‑home care for diverse clients in their own homes.

You will deliver companionship, assist with light housekeeping and meals, remind about medications, and build trusted relationships with clients and families while ensuring punctual, reliable service on every shift.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles
• Availability at least 4 days per week

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts
