Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care with dignity and respect. You will offer companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders, delivering reliable care with punctual shifts.

We offer competitive pay, direct deposit, paid orientation and training, overtime pay, and employee recognition. CNA certification is preferred but not required; valid First Aid and CPR, TB test, driver's license and reliable vehicle, with willingness to travel

• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts.
