Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Los Angeles, CA is seeking Male Caregivers and CNAs who are dependable, professional, and passionate about helping others. Provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders to clients while supporting independence and dignity.

We offer competitive pay of $22–$27 per hour, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, and employee recognition programs.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts.
