Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care, companionship, and support to clients in Los Angeles, CA. You will assist with daily activities, meal prep, and medications while building trusting relationships with clients and families.

We offer competitive pay ($22–$27/hour), paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, and benefits including healthcare, AAA Advantage, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Current TB test required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel 10+ miles.
• Availability of at least four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts.
