Job summary
ProCraft Cabinetry Chicago seeks an experienced Cabinetry CNC Programmer & Machinist to design, program, and cut precision cabinetry parts using Mozaik software and automated machinery. The role requires strong cabinetry knowledge, machine setup, operation, and quality control in a team-oriented environment.
You will drive efficient production, uphold safety standards, and collaborate across multiple machines to meet production schedules.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years CNC machining/programming in cabinetry or related field.
- Mozaik Cabinet Software experience preferred.
- CNC setup, programming, tooling, and production machining.
- Ability to read architectural and cabinet drawings and specs.
- G-code and M-code knowledge required.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret architectural, cabinet shop drawings, blueprints and specs.
- Use Mozaik Cabinet Software to generate CNC files and optimize processes.
- Program, set up, and operate 3-axis CNC routers with G-code/M-code.
- Configure machine settings, tooling, feeds/speeds, and toolpaths.
- Operate multiple woodworking machines and maintain safety standards.
- Plan daily production priorities and coordinate with teams.
